Image is intended for use in the infobox upon the article pertaining to the unidentified individual in question (NFCC3) Image has already been widely distributed in the media, via various methods, since 1969, & in doing so, this image has been displayed in both a better visual quality, in a higher resolution, and in an un-cropped form (NFCC4) The image will be used in this article upon Bible John only (NFCC6, NFCC7 & NFCC8) Specific, verifiable data has been given regarding the name authors and source - one of whom has been deceased since 2010 This image is relevant to article in question. Would increase readers' understanding of the topic and the. The name given to this individual, plus the nature of the content of the article, make ambiguous usage of the image extremely unlikely (NFCC9) Also, I have specifically named and credited the website from where I captured this image, plus I have specifically named the original authors of the image in question (one of the two of whom at least is now deceased), as well as meeting the specific criteria outlined allow me to state thus: this image does meet the Non-free use rationale guidelines outlined by Wikipedia (NFCC10) I believe that the use of this image upon only the English-language version of Wikipedia to illustrate a subsection of the article relating to the Fred West article, falls under the "Non-profit educational"; the "nature of the copyrighted work"; and also the "amount and substantiality of the portion used" clauses of the Fair Use principle which, are currently upheld by United States law.
