English: Bamford Mill Cotton Mill, latterly home to electric furnace manufacturers and now converted to housing. Chimney gone but 1907 steam engine preserved in situ. Weir provided head for two water turbines, now scrapped. An early De Laval steam turbine was also scrapped. |
