Description
English: Final parade of the Australian 2/3rd Machine Gun Battalion at Wewak Point, New Guinea. Here the commanding officer, LTCOL Roy Gordon is presenting medals to some of the personnel. The battalion returned to Australia shortly after this and was disbanded in January 1946
