I've uploaded this image to the Commons from the en.wikipedia where it was uploaded by someone else. I did a Google search and the most probable source is the Nobelprize.org. Taking into account that August Beernaert died in 1912, it can be safely assumed that the photo was made earlier, probably around 1900. Therefore, I assume that the license for this photo is PD-old. --GeorgHH 18:19, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
