Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	to serve as the primary means of visual identification for the Library system section of the Library article. The logo visually demonstrates and supports the topic of the section and the text within the section showing a regional library system in the use of the map of Minnesota within the organizational emblem with the member counties shaded. No known free logo is available showing the same.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Any derivative work based upon the logo would be a copyright violation, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Used only to illustrate the section on Library systems. The logo is unique as the organization logo incorporates a map of the area served in the graphic.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo.
