Summary

Description
English: American World War II poster printed in Arabic celebrating the Allied victory over Germany, Showing a swastika adorned Nazi's hands raised in surrender. Painting of German hands raised in surrender; bayonet holds banner with Arabic text reading "defeat of Germany." Includes Arabic translation of statement by Maj. Gen. B.F. Giles, CiC, UN forces in Middle East, about meaning of German defeat and saying Japan is next.

Translation:

"The defeat of Germany"

"Most of the world's nations today share a state of happiness and joy due to what was announced of Germany's defeat. Except that Japan is not one of those happy, joyful nations because the defeat of their partner; Nazi Germany, Has made it less capable of defending itself. As great amounts of military supplies are currently being sent rapidly from the European field to the front lines in the field of the Pacific Ocean through the short route in the middle east. Now that we've passed half of the stage we only have the other half left and we will pass it and for that America will continue to produce military supply and fight until Japan retreats in defeat."
