Summary

Description
English: One of the two Ampex FR-900 instrumentation tape drives located at the facilities of the Lunar Orbiter Image Recovery Project (LOIRP) at NASA Ames Research Center. This tape drive is used to recover images of the moon that were sent from the Lunar Orbiter probes, and recorded to tape using an FR-900 like the one pictured.
