Summary

Description
English: The San Matias Parish Church (Spanish: Iglesia Parroquial de San Matías), commonly known as Tumauini Church, is a Roman Catholic church in the municipality of Tumauini, Isabela, Philippines. Tumauini Church was declared a National Cultural Treasure by the National Museum of the Philippines and has also been considered for the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List since 2006 under the collective group of Baroque Churches of the Philippines. Tumauini Church has an ultra-baroque style of architecture. It notable for its use of red bricks both on its exterior and interior. Another identifying feature of the church is its tiered belfry which resembles a wedding cake.
