Reason for the nomination:
Not sure if it is covered by not having a copyright notice. The title of the book (1989–1990) seems to suggest that it includes 1990 and is published in 1990 to accommodate that, which would mean its past the March 1989 mark for {{PD-US-1978-89}} to be in effect. On page 8, it stated that the photographs that are included in the "Scenes of Illinois" section were taken between January 1, 1988 and July 31, 1989 with the award ceremony for the photos being held in August 1989, putting it past the March 1989 mark.
