English: The former apartment building located at 462 K Street NW in the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. was constructed for John J. Bowles in 1907. It was designed by Julius Germuiller in the Romanesque Revival style. The building is a designated contributing property to the Mount Vernon Triangle Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
