Chantilly Beige. The Ford Falcon was Ford America's compact car from 1960-70. The Falcon was also built in Australia for a lot longer period, from 1960-2016, a derivative of the American Falcon until 1971, then from 1972, a completely Australian designed and built car. This, the 1964-65 2nd generation in the US, got a more aggressive, squarer look than the 1960-63 first generation Falcon. In 1964, the base model Falcon was available in 2 and 4 door Sedan, 2 and 4 door Wagon, Ranchero Pickup and Sedan Delivery. The upmarket Wagon and Ranchero Pickup was the Deluxe. The upmarket Futura, featuring special side chrome and deluxe interior, was available in 2 and 4 door Sedan, 2 door Hardtop and 2 door Convertible. featuring special side chrome and deluxe interior with bucket seats and console. The 2 door Sports Sedan and 2 door Sports Convertible got bucket seats and a console. The high performance Sprint with V8, 4 speed on the floor option, deluxe interior trim package with bucket seats, and exterior moulding was available in 2 door Hardtop Coupe or 2 door Convertible. For 1965, changes were minimal, including a simpler grille and revised side trim on Deluxe models.
