(Reusing this file)		 Although a Derivative work, the Brazilian law adopts the Freedom of panorama and states that: "works permanently located in public places may be freely represented by painting, drawing, photography and audiovisual processes" (See: Freedom of panorama#Brazil) The picture is of a model from a permanent exhibition in the Panteão da Pátria museum.
