The green-chinned euphonia (Euphonia chalybea) is a species of bird in the family Fringillidae. It is found in the [[Selva MisioneraArgentina, southern Brazil and eastern Paraguay. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
