Robert Sciglimpaglia Jr. was born in Stamford, Connecticut and he is an American actor, producer, and lawyer known for Home/Sick and Within and Without.
Career
[edit]Robert Sciglimpaglia Jr. became a lawyer who got his certification from the Connecticut Bar Association and he worked as a lawyer since 1991.[1] He has made appearances on national television such as the 2012 Chevy Super Bowl commercial Happy Grad.[2] Robert discussed the book he wrote Voice Over Legal in an interview and he worked on set with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.[3]
He was the producer of the short Within and Without which won him many awards for Best Actor, and the short won more than forty festival awards. Robert played a lead role in the Home/Sick film.[4] Robert was nominated for Best Actor Drama for the short Within and Without at the Brightside Tavern Film Festival[5] and he was nominated for Best Actor for the short of the same name at the Grove Film Festival.[6]
Robert earned the Best Producer award for the Bathtub Chronicles at the Venice Shorts Film Awards.[7] He won the Award of Recognition for Within and Without at the Best Shorts Competition of September 2019.[8]
