Early Life and Education
[edit]Parth Shah was born and raised in Southern California. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and computer science. At MIT, he co-founded Flux, a student organization dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration among aspiring entrepreneurs.[3][2]

Polimorphic
[edit]In 2019, Parth Shah and Daniel Smith co-founded Polimorphic, a civic technology platform based in New York, aimed at modernizing and improving the way governments engage with their constituents. The idea for Polimorphic originated during Shah’s time at MIT, where he collaborated with the Massachusetts state government to enhance constituent services and took part in Boston’s smart cities initiatives. [1][4]
Polimorphic began as a civic media tool, aggregating data from government websites to provide real-time updates on legislative activities, voting records, and policy developments. The beta version, launched during Shah’s senior year with support from the MIT Sandbox student innovation program, introduced features such as customizable newsletters on topics like immigration, environmental policies, and social issues.[5][6]
By 2023, Polimorphic had evolved into a comprehensive constituent relationship management (CRM) platform with the integration of GovGPT, an AI-driven tool that automates administrative workflows, such as application processing, request management, and digital transactions. [7][8]
