Mush-Mush and the Mushables is a Franco-Belgian animated TV series created by Elfriede de Rooster which premiered on October 17, 2020.
Mixing computer-generated images and traditional animation for children aged 4[1] and up, it features the Mushables, little anthropomorphic mushrooms on a mission to preserve the forest[MK1] , in episodes lasting 12 to 22 minutes. Each of the Mushables has a special talent that they learn to master over the course of the episodes: Mush-Mush communicates with nature, Lilit lights up and Sep has a great memory.[2]
Produced by La Cabane and Thuristar and sold in nearly 150 countries[3], it has been airing in France on Piwi+ and Canal+ Kids, and in Belgium on RTBF. It has also been available on Netflix since December 2023.[4]
A medium-length film, Mush-Mush and the Tiny World of the Forest, including the episodes The Guardian of the Forest, A Frog of a Problem and Let It Bee, was released on September 15, 2021.[5][6][7]
