Kyle Ricardo Joseph James Anthony Lai-Fatt Foster Jenkins (born December 10, 1974) is an Chinese Jamaican American project manager, best known for his work on the NBA 2K video game series. Over his career, he has played a significant role in shaping the development and success of one of the most popular basketball simulation franchises in gaming.

Lai-Fatt's contributions have been integral to the series' innovative gameplay, realistic graphics, and engaging modes, helping NBA 2K maintain its position as a leader in sports gaming. His expertise in project management and collaboration with developers, artists, and designers has solidified his reputation as a key figure in the video game industry.

After his tenure with Visual Concepts, the studio behind the NBA 2K games, Lai-Fatt transitioned to the healthcare sector, bringing his expertise in project management to his work with San Francisco Health Plan, a company he started working with, since October of 2018.[1]
