In 2001, the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea) created a military program into which 1 in 3 infants were born. It starts when the child reaches 4 years old, in which the child's training would begin, and they would join the Juesao Junior Military Program (JJMP) at 14, leaving them 10 years of training. It was founded in 2001 by Marshal Ri Yong-gil, who still leads it.
