For instance, he pointed out that hospitals received as little as $40 for natural childbirth procedures after deductions. Dr. Najjar advocated for the creation of a unified health fund to streamline financial processes and reduce administrative costs, emphasizing the need for systemic reform to ensure the sustainability of healthcare institutions.
