On March 23, 2018, the business was formally incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the name Fun Ride Toys LLP, registered at the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, with a total obligation of contribution of ₹100,000,000. Over the years, it has grown its global presence, manufacturing over 150 products and exporting to 10 countries.

Fun Ride Toys operates through a network of retail chain stores across India, including major offline retailers and e-commerce platforms. The company's products are available through various online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry, and it maintains an offline distribution network of over 800 dealers, C&F agents, and distributors across the country.

In addition to manufacturing facilities like moulding machines, metal fabrication units, an in-house tool room, packaging machines, and material handling equipment, Funride Toys has dedicated warehouses for raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG).

Fun Ride Toys is a member of the Toy Association of India. The company states that it follows eco-friendly practices, using sustainable materials, and adopting green manufacturing practices. The company distributes its products in regions including Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
