Frank Ely Atwood (October 5, 1878 – March 5, 1943)[1][2] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1925 to 1934.[3]

Atwood entered private law practice in Jefferson City after completion of his term on the supreme court in 1935. Active in Republican politics for many years, he frequently was legal advisor to Gov. Forrest C. Donnell, himself a lawyer, and aided Donnell in the Democratic-inspired governorship contest in 1941.[1]

Born in Carrollton, Missouri.[2]
