Brynja Høj (born 26 February 1996) is a Faroese handball player for Neistin and the Faroese national team.[1][2][3]
She participated with the Faroese national team at the 2024 European Women's Handball Championship in Hungary, Switzerland and Austria, placing 17th overall.[4][5][6]
