Bansal began his education at a secondary school in Linz, where he studied media technology. He later attended HTL Wels, focusing on chemical engineering with an emphasis on biochemistry, and graduated in 2019. In 2020, he enrolled in a Bachelor of Arts program in Sales & Management at Euro-FH Hamburg, which included a semester abroad at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, where he concentrated on Sales in Tourism. In 2023, he completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law at Euro-FH Hamburg, specializing in Internet and Media Law.[1]

In addition to his formal studies, Bansal undertook various professional training programs, including courses in sales, conversational psychology, telephone sales, and leadership. He also conducts his own sales training sessions for groups of up to 100 participants.[2]

Founder and managing director.

Operated one of Austria's largest job portals for youth, with a team of over 30 employees and significant revenue generation. The company was sold in March 2023.[1][3][3][4][2]

DWK GmbH – direct advertising & cold calling (2023–2024)

Founder and CEO.

Organized over 8,000 B2B appointments and achieved notable monthly revenues. Managed a team of 18 telemarketers before the company was sold in April 2024.

medien.com Temmer & Bansal GmbH (since July 2024)

Managing director and co-founder alongside Walter Temmer.[1][5]

Provides integrated media presence solutions for TV, print, and radio.

X-JAM (DocLX Holding GmbH, 2019–2024)

Regional manager for Tyrol and Vorarlberg, and top sales representative for Upper Austria and Salzburg. Sold over 4,500 trips for high school graduates.[6]
