Now that we've renamed it as "Victims of LGBT Hate Crimes", there are some that don't belong. Most notably are Bård Faust (the death-metal musician who murdered a gay man) and Raúl Osiel Marroquín (the serial killer who preyed on gay men) Both these men should be removied from the category, as they are not victims, but murderers. I'd do it, but I'm not sure the proper procedure to remove someone from an category.
