Request reason:
Hi! I am a newcomer here, and I started editing a couple of days ago. I found out today that my IP address has been blocked for an unknown reason even though I did not break any rules of the Wikipedia community. An update: The block log says that the restriction was set on 30 January 2023 way before I registered my account, so apparently this block has been put on my network provider. What can I do to unblock it? Olesya Drotsulova (talk) 14:34, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Procedural decline only. You forgot to tell us your IP address so we can't investigate your claim. You can find this using WhatIsMyIP. If you don't wish to provide this publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to provide the IP address privately. Yamla (talk) 14:37, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
Hi! I am copying my initial request here because I forgot to indicate my IP in the previous one: I am a newcomer here, and I started editing a couple of days ago. I found out today that my IP address (37.163.210.152) has been blocked for an unknown reason even though I did not break any rules of the Wikipedia community. Decline reason:
There is something you can do, though, that does not entail lifting the block on the IP range. You can go to WP:IPECPROXY and follow the instructions there to request IP block exemption via email, so this won't be an issue again. That won't be an unblock per se, but it will be a way around it. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:34, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
