Articles lacking sources
Is there a Reference sub heading, if yes check if it contains <references/>, if neccesary create either or both.
Is there an External link sub heading, if yes check it, does it lead to a reliable source if yes cite it as the reference.
Do Google, Yahoo search on article, is there a site with acceptable references, if yes check that it is not a wiki mirror site.
If an article is short, up to 10 sentences with up to 5 statements requiring references, provide as many as possible then use {{fact}} for the rest.
Short articles with few edits, check if the original contributor is the primary contributor and drop them a polite note, praising the article and their efforts and asking them to review it and provide the appropriate references, it may be an oversight
