Logic of name

The name is not logical. How is it that a "West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center", which covered those areas, have been the wrong name, and the new name be more reflective of its "geographical zone of responsibility"? Surely it still covers the West Coast and Alaska, and is not "national".Royalcourtier (talk) 01:38, 24 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
