Most of Tioga County PA, Inc Lawrence Township, is in the 10th Cong. District
Can't tell you when, exactly, but 80% of Tioga County PA, including Lawrence Township, is now part of the 10th Congressional District, not the 5th. The 5th district encompasses points WEST of Tioga County PA, and a small area on the western border of the county.
