Hi friendly cyber-space bot that deleted one of my added links! Thanks so much for leaving me a message explaining how my url matched a rule saying not to accept direct to blogs (typepad) however, this is an exception to the rule: in this case it's a "research blog" that is tracking an emerging market that will have lasting repercusions on the global economy. Since this incrdibly complex system is still forming (new legislation coming out all the time) it is often hard to find data (it's all so new!) In fact, one of the early problems I had when I began researching pharmaceutical epedigree as part of a Stanford research team was how hard it was to find the relevant data.. Therefore, my research blog is a go-to repository of the most recent relevant info pertaining to the emerging global epedigree system, tracking and predicting before it has even formed!!
Would you please add the research blog link back in? thx for yr consideration, ~R Rebekahalnablack (talk) 20:49, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
Changing title?
Shouldn't this article be called something like Drug pedigree to cover that wider subject? It seems to me that the current title is too restrictive and the wider title is a more natural topic for an article. Nsk92 (talk) 13:37, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
Updates needed - Federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) of 2013
The page seems out of date because it doesn't mention the Federal Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA)of 2013
Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA) signed by President Obama on November 27, 2013 •The DSCSA is “Title II” within the DQSA •Passage resulted in the immediate preemption of all State drug pedigree and serialization laws •Federal PDMA terminates on Jan 1, 2015 •New detailed Federal regulations will take effect in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2023 •Implements a “lot-based pedigree” system until 2023 when it becomes a serialization-based, “records retention” system — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.170.128.65 (talk) 19:26, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
