Confusion about Edits

Hi there. Being a shiny newbie to writing Wikipedia material, I'm easily confused. In particular, I'm confused about the manner in which my writing in this article was edited. It appears that the edits were almost entirely limited to the deletion of "internal link" references, and it would appear that the deleted references were simply those for which there is currently no Wikipedia article (e.g., compare my revision of 09:29, 28 February 2007 to that of Darkest Hour 00:07, 1 March 2007). Can someone explain to me why the references were deleted? As a Wikipedia reader, I am under the impression that it's acceptable to include references to subjects for which there is currently no Wikepedia article--they show up on screen as red links instead of blue, and when you click on them, you're invited to create said article--as they amount to a suggestion that such an article should indeed be written. In addition to being confused and curious, I'd like to be sure that I'm not in violation of an established guideline or protocol. Thank you most kindly for your help. Adding references, changing long quotes from his works to shorter ones

I am adding references to this article. and trying to rewrite the prose into a more encyclopedic style, anyone what to help? Toandanel49 (talk) 10:33, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Much of this article is long quotes from his two books. I have added the books as references and I plan to cut down the long quotes to short ones with references to his two published books, what do you think?Toandanel49 (talk) 10:49, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Today I removed the code banner stated multiple issues. References and third party (secondary) sources had been added. The tone is still not very like an encyclopedia, but it is closer.Toandanel49 (talk) 13:05, 31 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

List of nuclear weapons tests

The list / chart of US nuclear weapons testing that is at the bottom of the article is misleading it includes the hydrogen bomb tests that were all held in the Marshall Islands, while only the much smaller atomic bombs were testing in Nevada. Can we change it? I think that it is misleading to have all those tests listed there. Toandanel49 (talk)
