Open source
In two places, the article mentioned the project being open source. This was problematic for two reasons. 1. Only software projects can be Open Source and only a small part of this project is software. 2. Only one small part of the project is available under an open source license (telemetry unit for one of their rockets). None of the other available content on the official website appears to be available under an open license. When questioned about it over email, reply indicated that old website used to have lots of open material (but old website disallowed archiving so archive.org's way back machine does not have a copy) and stated that the content would be made available on their website in the future. If this happens, some more proper phrasing than Open Source can be re-added to this article. It is, however, unlikely that the rocket designs will ever be available since that would likely violate EU export restrictions on weapons technologies. 50.0.146.56 (talk) 06:49, 23 March 2014 (UTC)

Added a table with info about their rocket tests, and they don't mind people using their pictures/movies. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.238.91.130 (talk) 00:56, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
Are there any images available that are appropriately licensed for use in Wikipedia? I've added a {{reqphoto}} tag. N2e (talk) 01:50, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
- I have requested to use pictures from their website by mail, waiting for an answer.Olekjelmann (talk) 01:13, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- They have this: "ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHTS RESERVED" posted on their website, isn't that good enough??--Thorseth (talk) 19:39, 25 November 2011 (UTC)
XLinkbot and Facebook
I think XLinkbot reverts the Facebook addition because CS only has a group### adress, not a title like http://www.facebook.com/tinadico TGCP (talk) 12:21, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
Split of HEAT and Tycho
HEAT1X-TYCHO BRAHE have been moved to Tycho Brahe (spacecraft), to distinguish between MSC and rocket. I'm not sure that is appropriate, but I have started a rocket page at User:TGCP/HEAT-1X - please come edit, and move to mainspace when you think it is ready. TGCP (talk) 16:19, 8 September 2010 (UTC)
Spelling
We need to fix it. LIbertyInSpace (talk) 09:09, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
Some issues
The lead is basically a copy paste of the mission statement. This is not a good idea in my mind. The lead should contain the most important information and key facts. Such as important goals reached, key persons, basic financing, overview of techniques used etc. Basically covering all the subjects of the article itself Something along the line of:
- Copenhagen Suborbitals is a non-profit organization working towards suborbital manned spaceflight. Founded in 2008 by Kristian von Bengtson and Peter Madsen the project has accomplished a successful sea launch of a test hybrid rocket, carrying a full scale human model. This test was performed in june 2011 on a sea going mobile launch platform in the baltic sea, but had to be aborted 21 seconds into the flight where the rocket had reached an altitude of 2.8 km. Based in Copenhagen, Denmark and working on open source princples the funding for the project is donations and sponsoring, the organization is working with the stated goal of showing how space flight can be done outside governments and large corporations. The approach used by the group is is to minimize complexity by using the simplest possible solutions, such as solving problems with mechanical solutions over electronical solutions and working to avoid paperwork by using lightly regulated technology.
Getting the lead right is also important because it creates focus around the important facts. I think we should quote the mission statement but not in the lead. Also headings with one or two sentences under looks bad. --Thorseth (talk) 09:09, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
- Ill expand this lead here until it is ready for the article. Every body is welcome to join.--Thorseth (talk) 14:20, 25 November 2011 (UTC)
- Obviously nobody is joining in so ill make the exchange now. --Thorseth (talk) 20:46, 29 November 2011 (UTC)

Very outdated
This needs attention by someone familiar with the tests in the last years. --mfb (talk) 07:36, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
- And on the same note, is there a reason that the Spica rocket design, proposed in 2014, is written in future tense? Should this subject be eliminated as there is no timeline, according to even Copenhagen Suborbital's website, for this rocket? --Weltschmerz11 (talk) 23:43, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
