regarding the flood articles in need of a picture

Is it just me, or does anyone else think that it is wishful think to expect a picture of any disaster in north korea? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alphamone (talkcontribs) 08:46, August 26, 2007 (UTC)

Acutally, there are pictures out there, however, since I've started the article last week, i've yet to find one that I can use on Wikipedia following their rules. Maybe someone has better luck than I. Falkonry 02:58, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Probably pretty wishful thinking, at least finding a useable one. They've stopped allowing journalists into the country, so that'd make it pretty difficult to get photographs that are free to use on Wikipedia. It's gotta be pretty bad if they're cancelling the Arirang though, damn... A. Stillwell —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.89.73.100 (talk) 17:54, August 27, 2007 (UTC)

You might get lucky with a NASA satellite image from here; you'd need to work out a before and during date and then see if the satellite was in the right place. --Peta 12:18, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I checked an the only Korea map shown isn't enough to provide any detail where the flooding occured. On the Floods webpage, there is no map for the Korean flood. Falkonry 18:16, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
