I am studying Psychology and Biological Sciences. I am a senior and will be graduating this spring. I am applying this cycle for Physician assistant school in hopes of becoming a physician assistant in either emergency medicine or sports medicine. I am interested in emergency medicine as I am an Emergency medical technician and feel as though a great amount of learning is done when put out of your comfort zone and done under stressful conditions, much to the likes of the field of emergency medicine. I am also interested in sports medicine as I held an internship at a sports medicine and Physiatry. I discovered from this internship the importance attempting other treatment options before resorting to surgical treatments. I am a resident assistant and have been a resident assistant for 3 years. Because of this, I am very involved at the University and the University values.

I work in an ambulance as an Emergency medical technician

I also enjoy baseball, swimming, rock climbing, and experiencing nature. I have played and followed baseball for the passed 18 years and will always be partial to the Minnesota Twins as I from Minnesota, although I do not mind cheering for the Milwaukee Brewers. I started competitive swimming in high school and found another passion in my life. I continue to swim as a hobby to this day. I also recently started rock climbing and found it to be a fun hobby. I hope I become good enough at rock climbing to climb outdoors and in nature. I love to hike and appreciate nature. One key aspect in my life is exploring the world and nature.
