Please read this. The incident in Ark. was not an outbreak. It was an exposure to a low pathogenic (nondeadly) strain of H7N3 which comes in both low pathogenic (LPAI) and high pathogenic (HPAI) strains of Avian Influenza viruses. 2008 casualty estimates

You have now reverted three times, at least, to the same phrasing. That is seriously discouraged; please read [[WP:3RR}}. In this case, it is also misleading: the estimates of 133 and 1492 were made by different persons on different days, and the text to which you revert implies that they are the same list: 1492 total, of which 133 are confirmed. Anatoly, it is really important that we have some idea of the larger international tensions surrounding the war, something that this paragraph achieves.
