[edit]This country song is about escaping life's everyday troubles and taking it easy at home. The narrator doesn't want to read the newspaper, or watch televised news, and he wants no means of any drama whatsoever. He doesn't want to telephone anyone or even to answer it. But he wants to be left alone by everyone, and wishes to spend more quality time with his wife and children, in which that has never been done before with less worries. He also states that he wants more rest and less rush.
