The entire "Relationship with Tony Leung Chiu Wai" section contains mostly hearsays or unverified information. Gossips have no place in an encylopeidia. ALmost the entire section should be considered for deletion.

A proper biography is also needed.

Wasn't Carina kidnapped by mobsters, who forcibly took topless photos of her for ransom?

And a video too - which may or may not be real; seeing as it plays like a scene from a Japanese AV movie, complete with pixelated genitals and resulting in a facial money shot. If it is real then they must be stupid gangsters; because although they censored their privates they neglected to censor their faces (!), which is probably a sign that it's fake. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.133.75.146 (talk) 17:44, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There is actually more information about her on Tony Leung's page. I guess rumors could find a place, as her main entry to notability seems being Tony Leung's partner, but they would need to be documented. And yes, a biography ould be good. --SidiLemine 12:18, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

She probably IS married to Tony Leung http://asianfanatics.net/forum/Carina_Lau_Admits_She_is_Married-talk318255.html not exactly 100% sure of the truth of the article though Hobowu 03:39, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

2002 East Week magazine photo incident

[edit]

This topic is talking the fact about whether Lau acknowledged that she was the person in the photo or not.

Yes, Lau acknowledged but NOT directly. At least Lau did not say "yes, the person in the photo is me". The magazine did not mention the identity of the person. Moreover, soon after the incident, Hong Kong media did not directly mention Lau was the person in the photo, perhaps did not want to face the risk of defamation.
