Not a Charity

CSD isn't a charity. I've worked for them. Their service is funded either directly or indirectly by telephone bill payers (via states and the FCC).. One could argue that they're actually in the business of providing funding for SCAD, their parent. Sure, they're a non-profit, but they're not a charity, there is a difference. —Cliffb 21:36, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
