I own a copy...

[edit]

So how do I make useful additions to this article? It seems kind of sparse. It's basically just a rulebook, but it contains the most comprehensive set of rules for 0th edition in one volume. I could do something like list the sections of the book and describe them. Angelo (talk · contribs) 13:34, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sure! It defintely needs work, and owning a copy definitely would help. The reasons you cite are the main reasons I made sure to get this article started. Describing the contents a bit better would be a big step. Also, if we can find any reviews of the book to reference, that would be a big help, if they're in Dragon mag or elsewhere. New classes

[edit]

Actually the druid is in my master set rulebook. The mystic is new to the RC AFAIK. 96.255.77.61 (talk) 11:52, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to correct it. :) BOZ (talk) 13:23, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, it doesn't say that those classes were introduced in this book, but you may make the language more clear if you wish. BOZ (talk) 13:23, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The Druid was originally introduced to D&D in 1976's Eldritch Wizardry. The Mystics are merely a new name for Monks, which were introduced in 1975's Blackmoor. Snowgen (talk) —Preceding undated comment was added on 17:10, 24 February 2009 (UTC).[reply]
I think the question regarding "introduction" then becomes, when were the druids and mystics first presented post-Basic set? BOZ (talk) 17:26, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
