[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Oasis disc manufacturing has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/2003/12/free_ebooklet.html (matching the regex rule \btypepad\.com\b). If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. 1. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added such as to the page Oasis disc manufacturing do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary for your edits. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit. It is also useful when reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Typing ~~~~in the edit summary box is not leaving an edit summary. The summary should describe what you have done, not just be a series of meaningless squiggles (also, when signing your posts on talk or discussion pages, please sign at the end of your post, not at the beginning, as it has become customary to sign at the end, and your signing at the beginning makes the discussion a bit hard to follow) WuhWuzDat 00:08, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are still doing it, examples:[1],[2],[3]. WuhWuzDat 00:26, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in this edit to Oasis disc manufacturing. Inappropriate links include links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that serve as advertising or promotion. Thank you.  fetchcomms 00:20, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  1. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Oasis disc manufacturing. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it.

SLOW DOWN!!!!

[edit]

The AfD discussion should run for a minimum of 5 days, there should be no panic on your part that your article will be deleted immediately, if you don't fix every little problem on the very first day. It would seem to me that you are going way too quickly, and not completely reading the messages posted here on your talk page. An example of this is here, as well as your most recent edit to my talk page, where you mention an external link that I didn't like.....well actually, that link has been removed twice 3 times now, by XlinkBot, an automated program here, as well as once by Fetchcomms. I had taken notice of your re addition of the link (but hadn't said anything about it!), so, unless you are a mind reader, I think you seriously misread a message from Fetchcomms or XLinkbot. The link to that H1N1 song page does not even mention Oasis disc manufacturing, and really adds nothing to your article, so I would strongly suggest you think twice about re adding the link to billharley.wordpress.com yet again. WuhWuzDat 00:46, 30 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

THANKS--I did that accidentally, but then re-reverted it and mentioned on YOUR page that I had removed it. I've also removed all the external links since they seemed to offend some of the authors. I think the page is looking pretty good and non-spammy right now, and I'll call it a night unless I hear from you again. Thank you again--Cd historian
