Countries are considered to allow multiple citizenship without restriction if the dataset shows "n.a.", without a note about loss of citizenship in certain cases, or with a note saying that proof of renunciation is not required, in all of the following items:
A06b: renunciation condition for residence-based acquisition of citizenship
L05: loss of citizenship due to acquisition of foreign citizenship
L06: loss of citizenship acquired by birth due to retention of foreign citizenship
L10: loss of citizenship acquired not by birth due to retention of foreign citizenship
