My wife is a native Tifal speaker. She says that the words used in the article cited are not all in the same language. She is from Tifalmin proper (Bufumin) and says that some of the words come from Urapmin dialect, some from Tumobil. The differences between these languages might be comparable to Swedish and Norwegian, or Galician and Portuguese. |
