albums?

what happened to the list of albums? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.1.169.89 (talk) 21:43, 29 March 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Why doesn't anyone mention that Mr.Del used to be a part of the group but became a Christian like Gangsta Boo?

Unnoticed vandalism

There have been a lot of strange changes to this page recently. I've removed the most obvious vandalism, but some numbers have been changed and are suspect. People should look at this diff to see what I'm talking about. Fix what you can? -- BillWeiss | Talk 19:51, 27 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Metal Band Shirts

I do not know much about this group, or hip-hop/rap in general for that matter, but I noticed on TV one of the members of the group wearing an Iron Maiden band shirt, and recently in a Sports Illustrated issue, a member wore a Megadeth band shirt. Does anyone know if Three 6 Mafia likes metal? I am interested to find out since it is such an unrelated genre to rap and I am a fan of metal (hence my curiosity). Thanks, and sorry if this is an inappropriate forum for this question.

Yes Juicy J has recently worn many shirts of metal/rock bands especially on Three 6 Mafia's reality tv show, Adventures in Hollyhood. Not sure whether it is just a fashion thing or if he actually likes these bands. The only groups that I am certain that they were influenced by was N.W.A. and the Geto Boys. I think the metal thing is just a Juicy J thing. T Rex | talk 13:21, 20 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lead-in

There's no point starting off with "Academy award winning" when the very next sentence says they're the first hip hop group to win an Oscar. Besides, it's not NPOV to begin biographical articles with "award winning" (see Wikipedia_talk:Neutral_point_of_view#POV_in_first_sentence.3F). Yes it's true they've won an award but it's a piece of verbal fluff that shouldn't be mentioned in the opening sentence. It's fine to put it elsewhere in the intro of course, just not the first sentence. Spellcast 12:31, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, didn't notice it was in the second sentence as well. T Rex | talk 13:52, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That's ok :) I see you've done a good job in expanding the lead-in as well. Spellcast 14:32, 19 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
