Support though I'm not much of a fan of "populated place" (when I first hear it about 10 years ago I assumed it referred to suburbs) but it is consistent with other categories and the fact there are villages, hamlets and suburbs as opposed to just cities and towns. @Estopedist1: please bundle nominations for multiple countries together. It is very inefficient to discuss one country at a time. See my comments in your previous nominations. Also, please add all merge targets in the first line of your nomination. By including them in the rationale, as you do now, you just make it harder for anyone to close the discussion.
